The singer, who is expecting twins, arrived with her husband Marc Antony in tow, and joined a star-studded crowd inside which included Gwyneth Paltrow, Gwen Stefani, Demi Moore, as well as Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
Earlier, she told People magazing: "I'm feeling good," but admitted, "I haven't gone out a lot for the past few months."
She added “Right now the best thing I can do for myself, for my body is to keep resting which is not easy for me. I like keeping busy and it is very hard because if they say 'be off your feet for four hours a day', I'm like 'oh, God!' It's hard.”
It comes just days after her farther David Lopez confirmed wide-spread reports J-Lo is expecting twins.
He revealed in an interview on Spanish TV: "Yes, twins. The thing is in my family, my sister also had twins, so it's a hereditary thing."
And when asked how he felt about the big news, the grandpa-to-be expressed his happiness for his famous daughter.
He added: "I'm very proud. Jennifer has yearned to be a mother for many years."
With the 38-year-old singer's due date getting closer and closer, her dad says he already has gifts ready for the babies.
He explained: "In Puerto Rico it's custom to buy an azabache [black stone] bracelet for babies to protect them from the evil eye, it's part of our culture."
However, Mr Lopez did not reveal was the sex of the babies - although friends of the star and her husband Marc were recently seen taking presents of both blue and pink to a baby shower.
