I was a little confused when I spent the $28 on this at Shoppers.. I thought it would be more like an under eye concealer, but it's really thin, and it's listed on their website under the skincare section, not the makeup one. (I realized this after).
You basically put three small dabs of the cream under your eyes, as you would a concealer:
{don't mind my eyebrows}
Then you blend them in:
Can you see the slight shimmer and brightening effect? (more noticeable in the corners)

I think this product is better suited for people with dark bags or circles under their eyes. It didn't leave a huge impression on me, but then again I don't really need an eye lift yet =)
