Ruffles Reign on the Red Carpet

Let's be clear. I have no idea who won the Golden Globe awards. All I really care about is the fashion. So here is what impressed me. There was a sea of ruffles that ran from delicate to dramatic. I adore ruffles. You knew that!

ZOE SALADNA (right)- The ruffles have rows of Rosettes at panels at the bottom of the dress. Neil Lane jewels.



















SANDRA BULLOCK (Left) - Wearing a sheer purple Bottega Veneta Gown. She said "The minute I put this on it felt like me"
