I can't pick just one, so here are a few:
-Travelling to Europe to meet my extended family for the first time
-Getting my first place (it didn't matter if it was only 700 sq ft ... it was mine!)

-Buying my first nice car in cash
-Getting engaged
-Being at home with good food, good tv, my love and my cats =) Simple but perfect.
